Overview
From Delirium is a first-person psychological horror-puzzle game. You play a ship's doctor who wakes on the shore of a derelict tropical resort after the cruise liner he was aboard is lost in a storm. The grand, decaying Hotel Delirium at the island's heart holds the only way out — if it is a way out at all.
As the doctor pushes deeper, the line between the island and his own deteriorating sanity begins to blur. Rooms rearrange. Memories bleed into the architecture. Escape means solving the puzzle of the place and the puzzle of yourself.
Gameplay
- Sanity as a mechanic — the doctor's mental state reshapes the world, gating and unlocking paths.
- Environmental puzzles woven into the hotel's art-deco halls, suites, and hidden service corridors.
- Atmospheric exploration with a heavy emphasis on dread, sound design, and discovery over combat.
- Branching interpretation — what is real and what is delusion is left for the player to piece together.
Craft & Tools
Built in Unreal Engine with custom environment and prop work modeled in Blender. Lighting and material work lean into the moody, high-contrast look seen in the key art above.
Status
In active development. A vertical slice of the opening hotel sequence is in progress. A short playable demo and a store page are planned — check back for updates.
